Attend, arrange, prepare, promotions, health days and corporate \/ community events as well as in-club events as a Virgin Active brand ambassador.<\/p>\n<p>Our Minimum Requirements&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>We can&#8217;t live without&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>\tMatric qualification essential.<br \/>\n\tRelevant tertiary qualification preferred (Sales and Marketing qualification).<br \/>\n\tA minimum 2 years\u2019 experience within the sales industry.<br \/>\n\tPromotion and sales skills to sell the Virgin Active product and service effectively.<br \/>\n\tProven track record of sales performance.<br \/>\n\tPlan daily activities to maximize results.<br \/>\n\tThe ability to build and maintain rapport with key customers and identify new opportunities.<br \/>\n\tTelephone communication, and listening skills.<br \/>\n\tExcellent communication interpersonal and leadership skills essential.<br \/>\n\tMust be confident, polite and aware of the general matters taking place in the industry.<br \/>\n\tMust be customer centric<br \/>\n\tMust be able to analyse the market and use data to penetrate the market effectively.<br \/>\n\tMust be financially astute and be able to understand sales budgets.
