Are you someone who has experience in:<\/p>\n
\tTo review, evaluate and analyse user needs to document system requirements and create system specifications that drive system development and implementation of overall business objectives
\n\tUsing business analysis tools and techniques
\n\tParticipating in all phases of the system development life cycle
\n\tA digital banking environment
\n\tRequirements gathering and stakeholder management
\n\tEngaging in new-to-build projects and enhancements
\n\tDocument and project management tools effectively (JIRA, Confluence)
\n\tOut-of-the box thinking for creative problem solving and analysis
\n\tDynamic and collaborative approaches to develop value-adding solutions<\/p>\n

\tAssess, analyse and optimise end-to end business processes to improve business efficiencies, customer\/employee experience and remove inefficient processes to meet new requirements.
\n\tFacilitate and coordinate the end-to-end implementation of prioritised and approved projects.
\n\tAnalyse business processes and workflows to identify improvement or automation opportunities and facilitate implementation.
\n\tDevelop, encourage and nurture collaborative relationships within business and\/or across the FRG.
\n\tAssess own performance through seeking timely and clear feedback and request training where appropriate.
\n\tDevelop new insights into situations and apply innovative solutions to make organisational improvements.
\n\tEnsure compliance to legislative and audit requirements and adherence to relevant processes.
\n\tCompile reports that track progress and guide business to make informed decisions relating to building technical equipment.
\n\tFocus on providing optimal services and improving service delivery processes to meet or exceed customer expectations.
\n\tBuild working relationships across teams and functional lines to enhance work delivery, collaboration and innovation.<\/p>\n
