Mission of the Role:<\/p>\n
\tJoin us as a\u00a0Customer Manager.\u00a0You will play a vital role in\u00a0maintaining and increasing market share and profitability, support the company\u2019s policies and procedures, receivables, stock holding, sales targets, territory management and customer support.\u00a0<\/p>\n
Your Mission:<\/p>\n
\tMaintain and grow market share and profitability for Rock Drilling Tools
\n\tAcquire new customers and develop existing client relationships
\n\tEnsure continuous customer support, follow-ups, and after-sales service
\n\tSupport and comply with company policies and procedures
\n\tAssist with collection of outstanding sales payments
\n\tForecast sales and ensure correct stock ordering and replenishment
\n\tManage orders, deliveries, back orders, and related documentation
\n\tReconcile warehouse stock and invoicing figures on a regular basis
\n\tMonitor and report drilling efficiency statistics and market developments
\n\tSet and present monthly and annual sales targets
\n\tApply correct pricing structures and prepare quotations for approval
\n\tConduct product presentations and liaise on new products or design changes
\n\tHandle customer queries, claims, and product performance issues<\/p>\n
Your Profile:<\/p>\n
\tMinimum of 5 years exposure to the sales and business development environments of the drilling \/ mining industry
\n\tU\/G mining drilling experience. (supervisory level, i.e. shift supervisor \/ Drill Master or blasting ticket)
\n\tTertiary qualifications in engineering and \/ or commerce or business administration will be highly regarded
\n\tExtensive rock tools knowledge.
\n\tMust have\u00a0Blasting Ticket and shaft sinking experience.<\/p>\n
