\tMinimum 5 years\u2019 experience as a Sales Team Manager in insurance
\n\tMinimum 3 years’ experience in\u00a0 Short- term Insurance Industry<\/p>\n

\tExcellent knowledge of Sales and processes
\n\tMust be highly proficient in dealing with clients at all levels
\n\tExcellent administrative skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office
\n\tProven Sales Track Record
\n\tResults oriented\u00a0
\n\tExcellent communication and leadership skills
\n\tGood attendance record is essential
\n\tMust be reliable
\n\tSelf-motivated and desire to excel

Responsibilities<\/p>\n
\tResponsible for the execution of our daily and monthly targets
\n\tPerformance appraisals for sales agents
\n\tCoaching of sales agents
\n\tEnsuring that all sales budgets were met
\n\tMotivation and guidance of all sales staff
\n\tCreating reports and submitting to management<\/p>\n
