ROLE PURPOSE<\/p>\n
\tTo Obtain Profit Contribution By Managing Staff, Establishing & Accomplishing Business Objectives & Ensuring Compliance With Service Level Agreements (SLAs)<\/p>\n
MAIN OUTPUTS<\/p>\n
\tExecute effective planning, delegating, coordinating, staffing, organizing & decision-making to attain the profit targets whilst ensuring compliance to SLAs
\n\tDevelop & implement a strategic plan through studying technological & financial opportunities, presenting assumptions & recommending objectives
\n\tEnsure the realization of objectives through establishing plans, budgets, setting results measurements, allocating resources & effecting continuous progress review
\n\tCoordinate efforts by establishing procurement, production, field and technical services policies and practices; coordinating actions with corporate staff
\n\tAssign accountabilities, planning, monitoring, appraise job results, develop a climate for information sharing & providing development opportunities
\n\tBuild & uphold the company image through collaborating with customers, community organizations, employees and enforcing acceptable ethical business practices
\n\tMaintain quality service through establishing & enforcing organization standards
\n\tStay abreast with current industry trends through attending professional seminars\/workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, continuously imploring benchmarking & best global practices
\n\tEnhance staff effectiveness through recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, coaching, counselling, communicating values, strategies & business objectives
\n\tManage staff performance & facilitate improvement through regularly monitoring performance & providing required coaching, support & feedback
\n\tManage employee relations, workplace conflicts and effect corrective actions, in line with company policies\/procedure
\n\tResponsible for capacity building of subordinate Managers<\/p>\n
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
\nThe Applicant must meet the following requirements:<\/p>\n
\tNQF Level 7: Degree or Advanced Diploma
\n\tMatric (Senior Certificate)
\n\tValid SA Drivers\u2019 License
\n\t5 Years Relevant managerial Experience in the Services Industry
\n\tOperations, CRM & Financial Management
\n\tMS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Project & MS Outlook, D365, PRP, SAGE 300 (Intermediate skill level)
\n\tKnowledge of OHS Act, ISO 9001 Quality Management & Risk Management Systems<\/p>\n
