We\u2019re looking for a Branch Marketer who can bring energy, leadership, and a love for agriculture retail to our team. This role is all about rolling up your sleeves, supporting the Branch Manager, and helping the branch thrive. If you\u2019re someone who enjoys solving problems, motivating people, and keeping customers smiling \u2013 this could be your next big move!<\/p>\n
What you\u2019ll be doing:<\/p>\n
\tAssist with the day-to-day supervision of branch operations, ensuring smooth workflow and compliance with company policies.
\n\tSupport the Branch Manager in financial controls, including monitoring sales, expenses, and budgets.
\n\tParticipate in stock management, including receiving, merchandising, stock level monitoring, ordering, claims, and stock taking.
\n\tProvide input in personnel supervision, including shift planning, coaching, and assisting with staff development.
\n\tMaintain high standards of customer service, addressing queries and resolving complaints timeously.
\n\tAssist in ensuring the branch complies with legislative and safety requirements.
\n\tContribute towards marketing and promotions to drive sales growth and branch visibility.
\n\tStep in to act on behalf of the Branch Manager when required.<\/p>\n
What we\u2019re looking for:<\/p>\n
\tMatric \/ NQF4 a tertiary qualification will make you stand out
\n\t2\u20133 years\u2019 knowledge and experience with animal feed and animal medicine
\n\tComputer savvy (MS Office \u2013 Word, Excel, Outlook)
\n\tWillingness to learn, grow, and sometimes work after hours
\n\tA natural people-person who thrives under pressure<\/p>\n
