Minimum Requirements\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0<\/p>\n
\tBSc Engineering (Relevant) (Essential\/Minimum or)
\n\tBSc Computer Science (Essential\/Minimum or)
\n\tBEng Engineering (Relevant) (Essential\/Minimum or)
\n\tBEng Computer Engineering (Essential\/Minimum)
\n\tCertificate in First Line Management.
\n\t3-5 years of relevant experience within a heavy industry, mining, or production environment, with proven technical aptitude in application programming domains.
\n\tExperience with data management, reporting, analyses, and modeling to support decision making.
\n\tCertificate in SQL Database Coding.
\n\tCompetence in Simulation Modelling and proficiency in MS Office applications.
\n\tKnowledge of data governance, data integrity, and security practices.
\n\tAbility to work in Agile and non-Agile environments.
\n\tCertificate of Fitness (Essential\/Minimum) (To be conducted by Exxaro)

\tImplement and manage data governance strategies to ensure data integrity and accuracy across the business unit.
\n\tLead the development and management of master and reference data to support effective data consolidation and integration.
\n\tFacilitate data forums and ensure the maintenance of data measures and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) required for business reporting.
\n\tCollaborate with data architects and analysts to support automation of analytics and reporting, ensuring usability in a business context.
\n\tManage data flow logic and ensure a single, accurate version of truth is maintained across data marts.
\n\tAuthorize data definitions and changes, ensuring compliance with security and privacy requirements.
\n\tSupport the creation and modernization of data visualizations to aid decision-making and improve performance management.
\n\tFoster a collaborative team environment, promoting continuous learning and development among data custodians and developers.
\n\tEnsure compliance with safety, health, and environmental standards, promoting a culture focused on safe operations.
