Job Purpose<\/p>\n
\tYou will be responsible for the performance of machines and the status of implementation of Daily Management Systems (DMS) in the supervised production cell. This position will be responsible for training on the Daily Management System (DMS) in the production cell. The BME Cell Leader will lead the Team to achieve the assumed goals of the cell resulting from the CBN (Compelling Business Need), Master Plan and Annual Department Plan. This position will be accountable for the effective implementation of Incident Elimination – IE, Defects Handling – DH and activities related to cleaning, inspection, and lubrication of machines (Clean, Inspect & Lubricate – CIL).<\/p>\n
Responsibilities:
\nManages the cleaning inspection and lubrication (CIL) process<\/p>\n
\tImplements the CIL process on machines and is responsible for its continuous improvement and development
\n\tTrains operators in CIL activities\u00a0
\n\tSupervises the training of operators in the activities covered by the CIL process Create, verify, and update new parameters to minimize losses
\n\tPerforming a DMS (Health Check) implementation check in terms of CL, identifies opportunities to improve the process and implements corrective actions<\/p>\n
Defects Defect Removal Process Management (DH)<\/p>\n
\tOwns the DH process in the managed cell in cooperation with the Maintenance Lead
\n\tPrioritizes and plans the removal of identified defects<\/p>\n
OSH incident elimination process (IE)<\/p>\n
\tResponsible for the implementation of the Safety Trigger system to identify the causes of potential accidents and eliminate them
\n\tImplements a system of observation of behaviors affecting work safety (Behavioral Observation System \u2013 BOS)
\n\tIn cooperation with other Cell Leads from the department and the OHS section, he develops the IE process tools
\n\tParticipates in the risk assessment process at workplaces
\n\tMonitors activities related to the implementation of 3M changes in the cell<\/p>\n
Elimination of losses<\/p>\n
\tCreate a 90-day plan for a cell
\n\tCoordination of Loss Analysis
\n\tConduct DDS (daily direction settings) meetings to define priorities, tasks and report results for the last 24 hours.
\n\tDuring the meeting, they ensure accuracy and clarity before presenting information to the team concerning the following:
\n\tSafety
\n\tQuality Implementation of CIL
\n\tNumber of defects found and removed
\n\tExecution of the production plan<\/p>\n
Implementation of the B-ME project<\/p>\n
\tResponsible for the implementation of the training in the managed Cell, including directing operators to training, setting a development plan and annual goals.
\n\tAssessing the progress of training
\n\tOrganizes work as part of a team, approves leaves, overtime, organizes replacements.
\n\tManages multiskilling in the managed structure.<\/p>\n
Qualifications & Experience Required<\/p>\n
\tEducation, Master, other certification:
\n\tB.Sc. (Chemical Eng), B.Tech (Chemical Eng), Quality\/Engineering Diploma
\n\tTechnical Secondary School
\n\tOne year as a leader, shift supervisor, daily supervisor, Kaizen specialist, engineer e.g., QA, EM, IE for 3 years<\/p>\n
Experience (years):<\/p>\n
\t4 to 7 years\u2019 experience in a process improvement environment in the manufacturing industry
\n\tMust demonstrate knowledge\/experience working with Excel and LED systems<\/p>\n
Soft\/Behavioral Skills:<\/p>\n
\tCommunication level in English
\n\tKnowledge of production process and quality requirements
\n\tThorough knowledge of quality management systems
\n\tPlanning, Leading and Organizing skills
\n\tCommunication skills and willingness to interact with shop floor staff
