\tA leading manufacturing company is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee and optimise all plant operations. The role ensures efficient, safe, and high-quality production, manages supply chain and inventory, and drives operational excellence and continuous improvement.<\/p>\n
Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
\tManage daily manufacturing operations, meeting production, quality, and safety targets.
\n\tPlan and schedule production, balancing workloads to optimise capacity.
\n\tOversee inventory, material availability, and supply chain coordination.
\n\tEnsure compliance with quality and regulatory standards.
\n\tLead and develop operational teams, monitor performance, and support workforce planning.
\n\tAnalyse operational KPIs and implement improvements to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
\n\tPromote a strong safety culture and adherence to HSE policies.
\n\tDrive continuous improvement initiatives across processes and workflows.
\n\tCoordinate cross-departmental projects to ensure alignment with business objectives.<\/p>\n
Requirements:<\/p>\n
\tMatric and Bachelor\u2019s degree in Operations, Supply Chain, or Industrial Engineering; postgraduate preferred.
\n\tMinimum 5 years\u2019 operations management experience in manufacturing.
\n\tKnowledge of ERP\/MRP\/MES systems, production planning, and inventory control.
\n\tStrong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
\n\tLean Manufacturing or Six Sigma certification advantageous.<\/p>\n
