Maintain allocated resources<\/p>\n
\tMaintain training equipment and tools
\n\tEnsure that the workshop transport is maintained according to schedule and kept clean with petrol at all times
\n\tEnsure that all users of the workshop transport comply by filling in the necessary forms that comply to the Necsa Group Transportation policies and procedures
\n\tEliminate stock wastage by ensuring that proper measurements and counting are maintained when issuing it out to trainers and learners<\/p>\n
Handling of stock and equipment\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n
\tReceive deliveries, issue and control stock
\n\tImplement the stock inventory process according to prescribed scheduled
\n\tConduct stock taking according to prescribed schedule
\n\tEnsure that there is stock and training equipment available for learners according to training schedule<\/p>\n
Housekeeping\u00a0<\/p>\n
\tEnsure proper housekeeping of the store area to keep it clean and neat
\n\tEnsure that all used and returned tools are clean and stored correctly
\n\tEnsure that all equipment is stored correctly
\n\tWhere required, act as the workshop driver to deliver documents to identified stakeholders
\n\tEnsure that all tools and equipment are handled safely<\/p>\n
Management systems<\/p>\n
\tComply with all applicable quality management systems (QMS) applicable to the store
\n\tEnsure compliance to Behavioural Safety when handling tools.<\/p>\n
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:<\/p>\n
\tGrade 12 or N3
\n\t2 Years relevant working experience
\n\tA valid driver’s license<\/p>\n
