\tProject Planning and Execution:\u00a0Develop comprehensive project plans, define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, and manage all phases of the project lifecycle using appropriate project management methodologies (such as Agile or Waterfall).
\n\tStakeholder Engagement and Communication:\u00a0Collaborate with business leaders and project stakeholders to understand requirements, manage expectations, and ensure transparent communication regarding project status, risks, and issues.
\n\tRisk Management and Problem Solving:\u00a0Identify, assess, and proactively manage project risks and issues, implementing effective mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
\n\tResource and Budget Management:\u00a0Allocate resources efficiently, manage project budgets, and ensure optimal use of organizational assets to deliver value.
\n\tProject Performance Monitoring and Reporting:\u00a0Track project progress using established metrics, prepare regular status reports for senior leadership, and drive continuous improvement in project delivery.<\/p>\n
Requirements<\/p>\n
\tBachelor\u2019s degree in business, information technology, or related field (essential)
\n\tProject Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification (preferred)
\n\t3+ years project management experience, preferably managing multiple concurrent projects in a business or IT environment.
\n\t3+ years\u2019 experience leading cross-functional teams.
\n\tDeep understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, Scrum).
\n\tStrong systems knowledge and technical proficiency in enterprise platforms and tools.
\n\tProven track record in resource planning, risk management, and delivering projects on time and within budget.
\n\tExcellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
\n\tStrong organizational, decision-making, and influencing abilities.
\n\tKnowledge of TOC (Theory of Constraints) methodology in critical chain project management, advantageous<\/p>\n
