Negotiating the elements of Red Bull Perfect Store within a set of Retail and Impulse accounts in a given geographical area \u2013 this includes availability, visibility, communication and additional placements of Red Bull to enable maximum sales of all Red Bull products.<\/p>\n

TERRITORY COVERAGE<\/p>\n
\tEffective coverage of all agreed outlets at optimum frequencies in a cost effective manner
\n\tAdministration and development of designated area
\n\tCompletion of all calls allocated to individual territories
\n\tProfessional and respectful to colleagues, customers and suppliers.<\/p>\n
PERFECT STORE<\/p>\n
\tMaintenance and growth of Perfect Stores databases which focus on availability and distribution, pricing, visibility, placements and messaging
\n\tBuilding quality relationships through effective communication
\n\tInfluencing decision makers through presenting compelling insights and commercial proposals<\/p>\n
STOCK MANAGEMENT<\/p>\n
\tManaging orders to ensure Red Bull’s stock keeping units (SKUs) are in stock and on display at all times
\n\tEnsuring that stock levels necessary to secure continuous availability of Red Bull products to the consumer in all covered outlets are maintained at all times<\/p>\n
POS MANAGEMENT<\/p>\n
\tSecuring (and where possible, improving) the agreed in-store presence of the Red Bull brand
\n\tPlacement of POS \u2013 ensuring POS is correctly sited and up to date in all outlets
\n\tPromotional Compliance \u2013 ensuring agreed promotions are in place and running from the first day<\/p>\n
ADMINISTRATION AND REPORTING<\/p>\n
\tCompleting all necessary administrative tasks accurately and on time
\n\tImplementation of Head Office agreements and ensuring their execution based on merchandising standards<\/p>\n
EXPERIENCE<\/p>\n
Your areas of knowledge and expertise that matter most for this role:<\/p>\n
\tProven sales track record
\n\tFMCG experience (branded or retail experience)
\n\tValid drivers license
\n\tAbility to manage and cultivate good relationships
\n\tGood selling skills: communication, negotiation and objection handling skills
\n\tClear understanding of Off Premise channels (retail, impulse, non traditional)
\n\tCommercial awareness and basic understanding of commercial maths
\n\tBasic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point) and preferably mobile Field Force automation<\/p>\n
