The overall purpose of the position is to ensure that all site-specific security requirements are adhered to and that the Client\u2019s needs are always efficiently and professionally met (as per the SLA). To ensure the posting of Security Officers and ensure that all operations are managed timeously and effectively.<\/p>\n
Minimum Requirements<\/p>\n
\tGrade 12 (Matric) Certificate of equivalent.
\n\tPSIRA Grade A\/B registered and accredited, up to date.
\n\tNo Criminal Record or any pending cases.
\n\tValid driver\u2019s license with own reliable transport.
\n\tMinimum 2 – 5 years\u2019 Site Supervisory or Management experience.
\n\tStaff Management experience essential.
\n\tComputer literacy.
\n\tClear Criminal Record.
\n\tMust be physically fit and in good health.
\n\tMust reside in the greater Bloemfontein area or willing to relocate on own cost.
\n\tMust have own vehicle<\/p>\n
Key Performance Areas: (not totally inclusive):<\/p>\n
\tMaintaining good relations between Fidelity Security Services and clients regarding security services rendered.
\n\tDaily feedback and liaison with Fidelity Security Services Management and Clients.
\n\tCompiling, distribution, and communication on daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
\n\tCompiling, distribution and communication on all Incident, Accident, and Investigation reports.
\n\tObtaining statements of all investigations.
\n\tEnsuring the posting of Security Officers is done timeously for full site coverage on both day shift and night shift, as per Client SLA agreement.
\n\tEnsuring that all Security Officers meet the contractual requirements as stipulated by the client.
\n\tDisciplined staff. Attend CCMA and Labour Court if and when required.
\n\tConstantly evaluating the service levels provided and making recommendations to the clients regarding the improvement of services.
\n\tEnsuring continuous assessment of the Client\u2019s premises and minimizing as far as possible risky access and creating several barriers to would be criminals.
\n\tAuditing and verifying the access registers on a daily basis and generating exception reports.<\/p>\n

\n\tExperience in investigation techniques and report writing.
\n\tWilling and able to work extended\/flexi hours if and when required.
\n\tAbility to work under pressure and without supervision.
