Qualifications\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0<\/p>\n
Essential<\/p>\n
\tBachelor of Pharmacy degree\/ equivalent qualification.
\n\tRegistered as a pharmacist at the South African Pharmacy Council (SAPC).<\/p>\n
Desirable<\/p>\n
\tA PCDT (Primary Care Drug Therapy) qualification.
\n\tRegistered as a tutor.<\/p>\n
Experience\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0<\/p>\n
Essential<\/p>\n
\tExperience in managing and leading staff.
\n\tExperience working in a retail pharmacy environment.<\/p>\n
Knowledge and Skills\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0<\/p>\n
\tKnowledge of Retail operations.
\n\tKnowledge of dispensing systems and ordering systems.
\n\tKnowledgeable with regard to pharmacy legislation.
\n\tKnowledge of financial management principles and systems.
\n\tComputer literacy \u2013 MS Office skills.
\n\tUnisolv experience.
\n\tMarconi experience (advantageous).
\n\tEffective conflict management skills.
\n\tExcellent interpersonal and customer-centric skills.
\n\tExcellent organizing and planning skills.
\n\tHigh level of attention to detail.<\/p>\n
