Job Purpose<\/p>\n
\tTo gather enough evidence, manage the investigative response, and all resources associated with the investigation.<\/p>\n
Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n
\tConduct investigations on behalf of Vector Logistics into matters committed against the Company or its employees.
\n\tConduct investigations into offences committed by Company employees and make recommendations to Management based on the outcome of these investigations.
\n\tReview collected local intelligence data.
\n\tConduct investigations as directed by the Risk & Security Manager.
\n\tReview Policies and Procedures with respect to security and advise Management on methods to minimize security risk.
\n\tDevelop risk management controls and systems.
\n\tRegularly test documented security procedures for employee compliance.
\n\tFollow all South African laws pertaining to performance of duty.
\n\tTo attend CCMA\/Bargaining council as a company witness.
\n\tPrepare reports.<\/p>\n

Qualifications and Experience<\/p>\n
\tMatric.
\n\tTertiary Diploma in Risk Management or equivalent.
\n\tMinimum 5years relevant experience.
\n\tPSIRA.
\n\tThe successful candidate is required to have no criminal convictions and a good credit history.
\n\tBe able to prepare detailed reports which include recommendations to Management on improvements to security.
\n\tGood communication of the English language.<\/p>\n
