Purpose of the Job<\/p>\n
\tTo sell and promote Heineken Beverages\u2019 Brand portfolio by creating brand awareness and building brands in line with strategic objectives.<\/p>\n
Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n
\tMaintaining and developing relationships with existing and new customers.
\n\tAchieve monthly sales targets through new business and upselling current customers.
\n\tUse data to inform customers\u2019 understanding of which products can help them reach their goals and how to achieve this.
\n\tIdentify and pursue new business opportunities and maintain a healthy pipeline for future deals.
\n\tPresent products to customers in a professional and knowledgeable manner
\n\tConducting market research to keep up to date with industry trends and competitor activity.
\n\tBuild and maintain a strong brand image.
\n\tCommunicate and collaborate with other members of the sales and marketing team.
\n\tDrive and maintain Accessibility, Affordability, Availability and Activation
\n\tRun price driven promotions.
\n\tMaintain call strike rate in accordance with targets.
\n\tShare and implement new ideas regarding sales and improving effectiveness of the sales teams and\/ or the effectiveness of marketing activities.
\n\tTake responsibility for personal improvement and skills development.<\/p>\n
Job Requirements<\/p>\n
Education<\/p>\n
\tA bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related field is preferred. Relevant industry training and certifications are an advantage.<\/p>\n
Experience<\/p>\n
\tA minimum of 3 years of sales experience
\n\tRelevant experience within the Alcoholic Beverage or broader FMCG industry would be preferable.
\n\tProven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
\n\tNumerical and business acumen experience
\n\tHigh levels of energy, persistence, drive as well as a sense of urgency.
\n\tThe ability to work optimally in a high performance and competitive environment.
\n\tAbility to plan realistically and take action to deliver on time.
\n\tExcellent negotiating skills to gain commitment to solutions by using your influencing and networking skills.
\n\tHave a passion for customer service by making clients and their needs a primary focus.
\n\tStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.
\n\tHigh versatility to adapt to changing environment.<\/p>\n
