You Bring:<\/p>\n
\tMinimum 1 year’s training experience\u00a0
\n\tValid Driver’s License<\/p>\n

\tRelevant qualification or studying towards one<\/p>\n
What You\u2019ll Do For The Brand:<\/p>\n
\tAssess training needs through surveys, interviews with employees, focus groups, or consultation with Branch and or Area Managers.
\n\tEnsures that the identified Training Needs analysis results is sent through to Team Support Training Department for capturing.
\n\tFacilitates Training Programmes and\/or interventions in line with Workplace Place Skills Plan (WSP), developmental plans, performance plans and operational requirements.
\n\tArranges and coordinates external training interventions as required.
\n\tPresents training interventions utilizing a variety of instructional techniques or formats, such as role playing, simulations, team exercises, group discussions, videos, or lectures.
\n\tObtain, organise and distribute the relevant training procedure manuals, guides, or course materials. (e.g. Handouts or videos).
\n\tMonitors and records completed training interventions on the online system and evaluates training effectiveness.
\n\tDiscuss alternative training methods and interventions with the Training Manager\/ Branch Manager if the expected performance improvements are not seen.
\n\tTraining and mentors new Branch Trainers as and when required.
\n\tAd hoc training related administration and reports (daily, weekly, monthly).
\n\tEnsure that each and every new clerk in their region undergoes a two week induction before being allowed to lay bets for customers.<\/p>\n
