\tMatric\u00a0
\n\tMinimum of 2 years\u2019 experience in a sales Spares\/Motor\/Engine environment- Essential\u202f\u00a0
\n\tExtensive experience in an automotive sales environment dealing with customer needs.\u00a0
\n\tTechnical background- Desirable\u00a0\u00a0
\n\tProven track record\u00a0\u00a0
\n\tIn depth product knowledge\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0
\n\tSome business acumens, understanding the costs and breakeven scenarios of customer service delivery\u00a0
\n\tShould be able to carry out his\/her responsibilities with little supervision\u00a0
\n\tThorough knowledge of the geographical area of responsibility.\u00a0
\n\tGood planning and time management skills\u00a0
\n\tBe a good team player\u00a0
\n\tNegotiation skills\u00a0\u00a0
\n\tSelf-motivated\u00a0
\n\tHonest and show integrity\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0
\n\tClear criminal record\u00a0<\/p>\n

\tActs as the first point of contact with the customer, portraying professionalism and confidence that delivers the ultimate in customer service\u00a0
\n\tAchieve the sales target set by the Sales\/Branch\/Retail Manager\u00a0
\n\tManage counter sales and ensure that optimal customer potential is achieved.\u00a0
\n\tPlan, forecast and report on sales potentials by customer.\u00a0
\n\tReport all competitor pricing and activities.\u00a0
\n\tReport all customer information regarding delivery, telesales, and account problems.\u00a0
\n\tAchieve revenue targets and ensuring that new business is generated by growing customer base and increasing market share in the geographical area of responsibility.\u00a0
\n\tBuild and strengthen customer relationships.\u202f \u202f\u00a0
\n\tReceive inbound customer sales inquiries\u00a0
\n\tCold calling when necessary\u00a0\u00a0
\n\tProvide quotations, product, and service information\u00a0
\n\tProvide support and pricing details in response to inbound enquiries\u00a0
\n\tAssist all other departments (Accounts, Despatch, Warehousing, Receiving and Technical) to ensure good co-operation within the company does minimize customer queries.\u00a0<\/p>\n
