Minimum Requirements<\/p>\n
\tDiploma or Degree in IT, Business Analysis, or related field (preferred).
\n\t2 to 3 years of relevant experience in IT or Business Analysis.
\n\tStrong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
\n\tExcellent verbal and written communication skills.
\n\tAbility to perform well under pressure and adapt quickly to changing environments.
\n\tProficient in data analysis and knowledgeable about business functional areas.
\n\tWillingness to travel to various sites as required.
\n\tStrong planning, organizational, and time management capabilities.
\n\tPrevious experience in IT or Business Analysis roles is advantageous.
\n\tValid driver\u2019s license.<\/p>\n
Duties and Responsibilities<\/p>\n
\tAnalyze and evaluate business processes to identify opportunities for improvement and develop effective solutions.
\n\tLead continuous reviews and optimization of business processes.
\n\tStay current with the latest IT and process advancements to automate and modernize systems.
\n\tFacilitate meetings and presentations to communicate ideas, findings, and recommendations.
\n\tConduct detailed requirements analysis and document functional business requirements clearly and accurately.
\n\tCollaborate closely with clients, technical teams, and management to ensure solutions meet business needs.
\n\tGather critical information from stakeholders and produce comprehensive reports.
\n\tManage user acceptance testing to validate solutions before implementation.
\n\tOversee project management activities including planning, monitoring performance, change management, and support handovers.
\n\tPresent findings and recommendations to senior leadership and manage stakeholder engagement effectively.
\n\tExhibit strong questioning skills to accurately gather and interpret business requirements.<\/p>\n
