MAIN FUNCTIONS OF THE JOB<\/p>\n
Sales Administration<\/p>\n
\tCreation of non-FICA compliant customers and sureties on the bank\u2019s system
\n\tUpdating of existing CIF information on the system which includes customer demographic information and financial information for individuals and companies.
\n\tCreation of the necessary General Accounts for each customer,
\n\tCreation of vendors and Vendor Payable accounts.
\n\tLiaising with Sales representatives regarding queries on a specific customer creation.
\n\tCreating collateral on FMS for all finance transactions.
\n\tCreation of all finance facilities on core banking system for new, increase, decrease and modification for all Finance products.
\n\tScanning all necessary information on the Bank\u2019s document management system
\n\tCreation of drawdown on core banking system for finance deals in order for documents to be extracted by Credit Administration Hub.
\n\tConducting Watch list checking for onward submission
\n\tUpdating of Murabaha Trade Facilities upon review.<\/p>\n
Pay-out<\/p>\n
\tFinalising IIS drawdowns and submission to Supervisor \/ Advances Support Manager for approval for motor vehicle, trade and equipment deals.
\n\tCapturing IIS drawdowns and submission to Supervisor \/ Advances Support Manager for approval for Musharaka 3rd Party and Equity deals
\n\tCapturing CSM Swift \/ Corp for payments to be processed.\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0<\/p>\n

\n\tUploading the deal invoice for motor vehicle and equipment onto Sharepoint within 5 days after payout is concluded<\/p>\n
Customer Maintenance<\/p>\n
\tCorrection of collateral values based on the exposure report submitted by CAH.
\n\tUpdates figures as per Annual Financial Statements on the core banking system for entities once received from Sales<\/p>\n
Other<\/p>\n
\tCapturing of Advances fees on the banks Sharepoint site
\n\tDealer \/ Supplier to be contacted to verify banking details
\n\tFinalisation of Non-Finalised Deal payments<\/p>\n
Requirements
\nQUALIFICATIONS<\/p>\n
\tMatric
\n\tBCOM Degree or Relevant Diploma will be an advantage
\n\tAdvanced Computer skills<\/p>\n
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE<\/p>\n
\t2 years Administration experience
\n\tAt least 1 years\u2019 experience within a Financial Services institution will be an advantage<\/p>\n
