\nResponsibilities include, but not limited to, the following<\/p>\n
\tAssist with the administration of new joiners and terminations.
\n\tAssist in compiling and generating reports.
\n\tAssist with the scheduling of internal and external training.
\n\tAssist with the recruitment process including scheduling of interviews.
\n\tHR Employee filing, which includes updating and maintaining employee files.
\n\tOvertime and leave \u2013 checked and verified before processing to payroll.
\n\tAny other reasonable ad hoc HR administration and projects which may arise from time to time.<\/p>\n

Educational Requirements\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0<\/p>\n
\tDegree in Human Resources Management<\/p>\n
Experience Requirements\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0<\/p>\n
\t2 \u2013 3 yrs. experience in Human Resources<\/p>\n
Skills and Competencies\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0<\/p>\n
\tAttention to details.
\n\tExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.
\n\tExcellent computer literacy \u2013 (Work, Excel and Office)
\n\tAbility to plan and organise.<\/p>\n
