Role Description
\nCRITICAL OUTPUTS<\/p>\n
\tBuild and manage relationships between the Health Professionals and the Company.
\n\tEnsure the implementation of processes is conducive to customer satisfaction.
\n\tIdentify improvement areas and implement initiatives to ensure continued levels of customer service.
\n\tEnsure sound operational practices aligned with the operating model of the Organisation.
\n\tDemonstrate overall management of all activities and services in the branch in accordance to relevant legislation and the Company\u2019s policies and procedures.
\n\tActively support and drive the implementation of national operational initiatives and projects to ensure continued and improved productivity.
\n\tFacilitate the implementation of revised operational processes by applying sound change management principles.
\n\tInitiate and drive practice specific best operating practice in line with policies and procedures.
\n\tEnsure that resources are available and operational to provide a productive work environment.
\n\tEnsure all monthly and annual deadlines are adhered to.
\n\tProactive communication regarding to changes and initiatives to key stakeholders.
\n\tEnsure adherence to ethical and clinical standards to achieve legislative compliance.
\n\tProof of overall management of all activities and services in the practices in accordance to relevant legislation and the Company\u2019s policies and procedures.
\n\tEnsure legislative requirements are met for registration purposes to all required bodies.
\n\tActive participation in yearly internal audit and corrective actions implemented within 3 months and monitored.
\n\tImplement a local business strategy aligned to the national operational strategy of the company.
\n\tContinuous monitoring and analysing of operational costs and turnover.
\n\tProvide timeous feedback regarding budgetary deviances.
\n\tParticipate in business planning and budgeting processes, through the identification of trends and areas of improvement.
\n\tProof of management of operational costs in line with budget.
\n\tManpower Planning ensuring adequate and effective staffing levels.
\n\tDevelopment of team members to ensure business efficiency in conjunction with performance management.
\n\tSupport and facilitate Human Capital initiatives and processes including Industrial Relations.
\n\tEnsure that fixed and variable staff costs are adjusted to occupancy levels at all times.<\/p>\n
Role Requirements<\/p>\n
\tMinimum requirement: Matric Certificate.
\n\tBachelors degree or similar qualification will be an advantage.
\n\tHealthcare industry experience would be an advantage.
\n\tBasic understanding of labour legislation, financial and change management principles.
\n\tComputer proficiency (MS Office 365).
\n\tA minimum of 3 years experience in a management role.
\n\tDrivers License and own transport.
\n\tBusiness focused and vision orientated.
\n\tEmotional Intelligence including high level of empathy.
\n\tInspirational leadership influence and competence.
\n\tPlanning, organizing and controlling skills.
\n\tAssertiveness and diplomacy.
\n\tIntegrity.<\/p>\n
