REQUIRED MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:<\/p>\n
\tA National Diploma (NQF 6) in Facilities Management\/Administration \/Business Administration\/ Logistics\/ Contracts Management or equivalent is required.
\n\tA minimum of 3-5 years of experience is required.
\n\tValid South African driver\u2019s license required.
\n\tA bachelor\u2019s degree (NQF 7) in Facilities Management\/Administration \/Business Administration\/ Logistics\/ Contracts Management or equivalent will serve as an added advantage.<\/p>\n
KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS:\u00a0<\/p>\n
Coordination of facilities management services<\/p>\n
\tOversee daily operations of soft services: cleaning, grounds maintenance, pest control, waste management, catering, mailing, and utilities.
\n\tAdministration and coordination of the Facilities Management contracts; \u00a0
\n\tCoordinate maintenance schedules and ensure timely execution of work.
\n\tCoordinate facility inspections and preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and optimize facility performance.
\n\tOversee cleanliness of all buildings within the Refinery<\/p>\n
Contract and service provider management<\/p>\n
\tResponsible for the management of the Refinery Facilities Management Contracts Register & monitoring of contracts thereafter
\n\tResponsible for drafting scope of work in line with the Refinery needs on Facilities Management support
\n\tMonitor vendor performance and ensure compliance with service level agreements (SLAs) and quality standards.
\n\tRegularly evaluate service provider performance and make recommendations for improvements or changes as needed.<\/p>\n
Utilities & Municipal Accounts<\/p>\n
\tValidate and audit municipal utility accounts.
\n\tLiaise with municipalities on billing issues and \/ discrepancies
\n\tMonthly capture the consumption data for water & electricity<\/p>\n
Health, Safety & Risk Compliance<\/p>\n
\tEnsure compliance with OHSA and internal safety protocols.
\n\tEnsure contractors are inducted for providing services at the Refinery
\n\tConduct monthly inspections and maintain quality assurance records.<\/p>\n
Fleet & Asset Management<\/p>\n
\tOversee the company\u2019s fleet operations and ensure optimal usage and maintenance.
\n\tMaintain asset registers and coordinate repairs or replacements.<\/p>\n
Administration and reporting<\/p>\n
\tMaintain accurate records of facilities operations, including budgets, inventory, and maintenance schedules.
\n\tPrepare monthly\/quarterly facilities performance reports for submission to the Group Facilities Manager.<\/p>\n
