\tLead cross-functional projects with a commercial impact, including efficiency improvements, cost optimization initiatives, and strategic growth projects.

People Leadership & Capability Development<\/p>\n
\tLead, mentor, and develop a high-performing finance team capable of delivering both compliance and commercial insights.
\n\tPromote a culture of accountability, collaboration, and commercial thinking across the finance organization.
\n\tRecruit, retain, and develop finance talent to meet evolving business needs.
\n\tMonitor and evaluate team performance, providing guidance and coaching to enhance both technical and commercial capabilities.<\/p>\n
Education and Training<\/p>\n
\tDegree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration.
\n\tChartered Accountant registration or equivalent professional finance designation.<\/p>\n
Experience<\/p>\n
\t10+ years of professional experience, including 5\u20137 years in senior finance leadership roles.
\n\tExperience in finance planning, analysis, and business partnering in complex, matrixed organizations.
\n\tDemonstrable track record of linking financial management to commercial outcomes. \u00b7 Experience in leading financial systems, ERP platforms, and reporting solutions. \u00b7 Proven experience in strategic business decision-making, investment analysis, and profitability improvement initiatives<\/p>\n
