Key performance areas\/Core functions:<\/p>\n
\tProvide medical consultations at the Directorate of Health and Wellness for two hours per week, according to the approved schedule.
\n\tOffer medical services to students referred by nursing personnel.
\n\tPerform minor surgical procedures as required.
\n\tDispense of medicines.
\n\tParticipate in ongoing quality improvement initiatives and evaluate clinical systems and reports.
\n\tContribute to compliance with professional, ethical, and institutional health standards.
\n\tProvide regular in-service training to Health and Wellness Centre staff.
\n\tIntroduce best practices, new clinical interventions, and innovations to strengthen service quality.
\n\tCommunicate proactively with the Director and Head of Department regarding any anticipated challenges affecting scheduled service delivery.<\/p>\n
Minimum requirements:
\nAcademic qualifications:<\/p>\n
\tMBCHB
\n\tCertificate in Dispensing
\n\tCertificate in HIV Management<\/p>\n
Experience:<\/p>\n
\tThree-year relevant experience in clinical and HIV Services.<\/p>\n
