Key Tasks<\/p>\n
\tCreating STO\u2019s for TSP returns from the various TSP depots.\u00a0
\n\tManaging and coordinating the inflow and outflow of stock into the GRA area.\u00a0
\n\tChecking of good stock from GRA and rework\u2019s that goes back to warehouse.\u00a0
\n\tMake sure that housekeeping is done daily.\u00a0
\n\tAssist with the training of stock control assistants as and when necessary.\u00a0
\n\tInventory stock balance.\u00a0
\n\tTo contribute to a productive working environment.\u00a0
\n\tTo work within any operating area as determined by Management and the needs of the Business.\u00a0
\n\tDe stacking, labelling, sorting products and taking out damages.\u00a0
\n\tEnsure that damages are kept to a minimum.\u00a0
\n\tSorting and collating damages on a daily basis.\u00a0
\n\tBe actively involved in and support change initiatives.\u00a0
\n\tHonesty \u2013 pride in your job and an eye for detail.\u00a0
\n\tEnsure housekeeping in the area is up to standard.\u00a0
\n\tOperate with integrity and ethical values.\u00a0
\n\tPerform tasks according to the Standard Operating Procedures.\u00a0
\n\tResolve all stock issues to ensure checking is completed.\u00a0
\n\tPerform additional duties as assigned by Management.\u00a0
\n\tParticipation in warehouse stock counts and monthly counts.\u00a0
\n\tReports all issues and problems to the respective Supervisors and Controllers.\u00a0
\n\tInspect stock integrity.\u00a0
\n\tHandle goods with care to minimise damages.\u00a0
\n\tMaintain a high level of hygiene in the work area.\u00a0
\n\tComplete tasks timeously.\u00a0
\n\tAdhere to the Unit\u2019s SHE rules and best practices.\u00a0
\n\tEnsure that product safety, quality and integrity is not compromised.\u00a0
\n\tReport any persons\u2019 behaviour that may impact on the safety, quality and integrity of the stored product.<\/p>\n
