ENVIRONMENT:<\/p>\n
\tCOORDINATE daily warehouse activities of the KwaZulu-Natal division of a dynamic Internet Service & Network Specialist seeking its next Logistics Supervisor. You will be involved in stock control, verification and preservation and Security Control and Risk Management.
\n\tApplicants must have completed Matric\/Grade 12 with 2-3 years\u2019 experience in a similar role with MS Office \u2013 Outlook and Excel, and SHEQ – ISO9001\/14001\/45001 proficiency. You will also require experience in driving a continual improvement.<\/p>\n
DUTIES:<\/p>\n
\tCoordinate daily warehouse activities (receiving, picking, packing and dispatch).
\n\tEnsure correct stock receiving and binning of goods.
\n\tCoordinate returns, damaged goods and discrepancies.
\n\tStock management of the inventory system and the physical inventory within the KZN warehouse.
\n\tStock management inclusive of stock control, verification and preservation of product.
\n\tControl of all security systems and risk management of the facility and stock.
\n\tPlan and schedule driver deliveries.
\n\tManage and maintain company delivery vehicles.
\n\tDocument control.
\n\tEnsure compliance with company procedures and safety regulations.
\n\tEnsure compliance to the OHS Act and Policy by understanding individual responsibility.
\n\tPromote awareness amongst co-workers and add value through reporting of incident\/hazards or suggestions for continuous improvement.<\/p>\n

\tStock takes (full and cycle) resolving of variances and reporting.
\n\tDocument storage aligned to policy.
\n\tTimeous receiving, returns and dispatch of stock.
\n\tStock and order picking accuracy.
\n\tEnforce security measures.
\n\tEnsure that company delivery vehicles are well maintained.<\/p>\n
REQUIREMENTS:<\/p>\n
\tMatric Grade 12 (Compulsory).
\n\tSupply Chain Management Qualification will be advantageous.
\n\t2-3 Years\u2019 experience in a similar role.
\n\tReading, writing and communication (English).
\n\tMS Office \u2013 Outlook and Excel.
\n\tSHEQ – ISO9001\/14001\/45001 proficient.
\n\tSage X3 experience will be advantageous.
\n\tDemonstrable time management skills, good people management, leadership and organisational skills.
\n\tExperience in driving a continual improvement.
\n\tDaily communications with senior management.
\n\tAbility to resolve queries.
\n\tValid Driver License and own reliable vehicle.<\/p>\n
