What you will be doing (Your Mission)<\/p>\n
As our National Sales Manager, you\u2019ll be responsible for driving sales growth and increasing market share nationally by:<\/p>\n
\tLeading and motivating Regional Sales Managers to reach and exceed targets
\n\tGrowing and managing key accounts (Shoprite, Spar, wholesalers, etc.)
\n\tBuilding long-term relationships with customers and stakeholders
\n\tRunning promotions, campaigns, and sales initiatives
\n\tHandling customer queries and resolving complaints professionally
\n\tManaging regional sales activities and ensuring strong performance
\n\tSetting sales targets, tracking results, and analysing sales trends
\n\tPreparing budgets, forecasts, and sales projections
\n\tUsing CRM systems to manage pipelines and forecast sales
\n\tGuiding distributors and dealers on policies and SOPs
\n\tHiring, training, mentoring, and developing sales managers<\/p>\n
What you\u2019ll need<\/p>\n
\tGrade 12 (or equivalent)
\n\tComputer literacy
\n\t8\u201310 years\u2019 experience in a similar role
\n\tStrong English & Afrikaans communication skills
\n\tClear criminal record
\n\tTraceable references in a similar capacity
\n\tDriver’s license and own vehicle<\/p>\n
