\tFirst Technology Bloemfontein is looking for an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager to lead and develop our sales team, drive revenue growth, and expand our presence in the region. This is a Bloemfontein-based position, and the successful candidate will manage all sales personnel at the branch.<\/p>\n
Key Responsibilities
\nThe Sales Manager will be responsible for the full sales function within the Bloemfontein branch, including:<\/p>\n
\tDeveloping and implementing strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and growth targets.
\n\tLeading, managing, and motivating the sales team to achieve individual and team performance goals.
\n\tIdentifying and pursuing new business opportunities to expand market share.
\n\tBuilding and maintaining strong, long-term client relationships.
\n\tOverseeing all sales streams:
\n\tHardware
\n\tSoftware
\n\tIT Services
\n\tStationery Solutions
\n\tensuring clients are exposed to the full First Technology offering.
\n\tPreparing sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports.
\n\tMonitoring market trends and identifying opportunities for business growth.
\n\tNegotiating contracts and closing high\u2011value deals.
\n\tEnsuring high levels of customer satisfaction and account retention.
\n\tCollaborating with technical, finance, and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
\n\tManaging key accounts and strategic partnerships.
\n\tIdentifying performance gaps and implementing corrective solutions.
\n\tStrengthening collaboration between Finance and Sales teams.
\n\tPerforming any additional duties as required by management.<\/p>\n

\tProven experience in sales leadership or sales management, ideally within the ICT sector.
\n\tStrong communication, negotiation, and people management skills.
\n\tAbility to develop high-performing teams and drive results.
\n\tStrategic thinker with strong business acumen.
