(A requirement in express Branches)<\/p>\n<p>Cash Administration<\/p>\n<p>\tCash management within the branch according to defined processes\/procedures and minimize risks, theft\/fraud.<br \/>\n\tEducate team members on all FICA Compliance.<br \/>\n\tEnsure daily banking schedules are submitted to the Branch Manager\/ Senior Team Leader.<br \/>\n\tEnsure adherence to credit card administration &amp;EFT policies where applicable.<br \/>\n\tEnsure team member are issued with correct floats at the end of their shift.<br \/>\n\tInterim checks must be done within the course of the day with team leader on duty.<br \/>\n\tEnsure to reconcile by end of shift to the balance which is reflected on the LPM\/ Admin \/HIS report.<br \/>\n\tRecovery process must be managed in line with processes\/procedures.<br \/>\n\tThe correct process must be followed with lost ticket claims; Ensure the ticket number is received from the Helpline when processing the claim.<br \/>\n\tRecord the guest\u2019s details and I.D number to validate payment after 90 days.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0Branch Reporting<\/p>\n<p>\tEnsure that daily newsflashes provide a high level overview of the operations for the day.<br \/>\n\tManage branch stock control to ensure that there is sufficient supply (although not over\/under).<br \/>\n\tEnsure that a stock taking is done weekly and account for stock shortages.<br \/>\n\tTeam Leaders must send an email notifying the Branch Manager\/ Senior Team Leader and Cash Management Department of the shortage.<\/p>\n<p>Security Management<\/p>\n<p>\tBe aware of your surroundings when opening and closing the branch.<br \/>\n\tEnsure all security factors are adhered to when banking is conducted.<br \/>\n\tBe aware where all panic buttons are placed within your branch.<br \/>\n\tEnsure all camera\u2019s inside and outside the branch are all in working order.<br \/>\n\tManage all security aspects in the branch.<br \/>\n\tThe cashing up process must be conducted with the branch doors closed with security monitoring the area.<\/p>\n<p>Branch Appearance<\/p>\n<p>\tEnsure that the branch is always neat and tidy according to Hollywood standards.<br \/>\n\tEnsure that that facilities are well maintained and in good working condition.<br \/>\n\tComply with all procedures to prevent losses to the organisation, advising your branch \/senior team leaders promptly of any problems\/malfunction with the terminals \/equipment\/resources (e.g. TV display of results, Off-line).<\/p>\n<p>Compliance<\/p>\n<p>\tCompliance and adherence to company&#8217;s internal control policy.<br \/>\n\tEnsure compliance with company, legislative and legal requirements.<br \/>\n\tMore specifically, ensure compliance with Gambling Board requirements.<br \/>\n\tCompliance to the code of ethics and escalate fraudulent activities.<br \/>\n\tEnsure that there is a registered FICA officer on site at all times during operating hours and compliance posters are displayed.<br \/>\n\tEnsure a manager with a license must always be on duty before a shift begins to ensure service is provided to guests.<br \/>\n\tEnsure all team members are dressed in their correct Hollywood uniform when on duty.<br \/>\n\tCredit bets are not allowed to be taken by any team member.<br \/>\n\tTeam members on duty are not allow to take personal bets within the Branch.<br \/>\n\tTeam members are not allowed to be behind the terminal counters when off duty.<br \/>\n\tTeam members on duty are not allowed to utilize the Limited pay-out machine.<\/p>\n<p>Communication<\/p>\n<p>\tEnsure all operational communication within the branch is circulated to all team members.<br \/>\n\tEnsure team members are aware of key business campaigns, business updates and marketing campaigns.<br \/>\n\tEnsure that the correct lines of communication is followed at all times and that timeous feedback is provided to support office when information is requested.<\/p>\n<p>People Management<\/p>\n<p>\tManage team member rosters\/schedules and ensure the branch is adequately staffed taking into account busy periods, events and operational requirements.<br \/>\n\tEnsure staff attendance and behaviour is manage with the guidance from Branch Manager\/Senior Team Leader.<br \/>\n\tEnsure all new take recruitment documentation is submitted timeously to the Human Resources department.<\/p>\n<p>Guest Service<\/p>\n<p>\tEnsure to provide good guest service by being friendly, helpful, polite and courteous at all times.<br \/>\n\tPro-actively address guest complaints and ensure guest feedback is positive.<br \/>\n\tBuild strong relationships with regular guests.<br \/>\n\tCreate a guest centric culture within the branch and drive the philosophy of \u201cservice with a smile\u201d at all times.<\/p>\n<p>Values<\/p>\n<p>\tActively promote the Hollywood values.<br \/>\n\tLive the values and lead as an example to the team.<br \/>\n\tIf the branch has LPMs, responsible for management thereof.<br \/>\n\tIf the branch has F&amp;B facilities\/RD facilities\/support office teams\/training facilities, ensure a close working relationship with these divisions.<br \/>\n\tWork closely with the Branch Manager \/Senior Team leader and suggest areas of improvement to ensure that the branch attracts and retains
