As a Meetings and Events Supervisor, you bring an exceptional level of ambition, a results-driven mindset, and a genuine passion for crafting extraordinary experiences for our clients. Your expertise and dedication will play a pivotal role in elevating our Meetings and Events Team to new heights.<\/p>\n
\tMaximize meeting, events, and bedroom revenues.
\n\tSupports sales team by generating leads and assisting all team members in doing so.
\n\tEnsures all function sheets are maintained and up to date and communicated to operational departments within a timely manner.
\n\tPromotes and delivers a pro-active sales culture.
\n\tBuilds and maintains relationships with key clients.
\n\tActively seeks out feedback throughout and post meeting or event.
\n\tSupports strategies to improve and enhance our guest\u2019s experience.
\n\tPlays an active role in department training.<\/p>\n
Qualifications<\/p>\n
\tProven experience in events management.
\n\tStrong leadership with a hands-on, lead-by-example work style.
\n\tCommitted to exceptional guest service, passionate about hospitality.
\n\tCreative problem-solving with the ability to offer recommendations.

\n\tStrong communication and listening skills.

\n\tProficient in Microsoft Office software.
