Responsibilities<\/p>\n
Lead Generation & Research<\/p>\n
\tConduct market, sector, and client research to identify new business opportunities
\n\tBuild and maintain lists of prospective clients, partners, and stakeholders
\n\tMonitor industry news, tenders, and competitor activities
\n\tAssist with updating CRM systems with leads, contacts, and opportunity data<\/p>\n
Sales Support & Pipeline Management<\/p>\n
\tAssist in preparing sales materials, proposals, pricing info, and capability decks
\n\tTrack and follow up on meeting outcomes, next actions, and open opportunities
\n\tSupport data preparation for sales meetings and pipeline review sessions
\n\tEnsure all sales documentation is up-to-date and organised<\/p>\n
Client Engagement Support<\/p>\n
\tParticipate in client onboarding tasks such as document collection and setup
\n\tHelp coordinate meetings, demos, workshops, or introductory sessions
\n\tProvide basic support to clients on commercial enquiries and feedback channels<\/p>\n
Reporting & Analytics<\/p>\n
\tProduce simple reports on leads, conversion activities, and pipeline metrics
\n\tAssist in compiling win\/loss analyses, customer segmentation and insights
\n\tSupport building dashboards or summaries for management reviews<\/p>\n
Requirements<\/p>\n
Qualifications:<\/p>\n
Bachelor\u2019s degree or Diploma (completed) in one of the following or similar fields:<\/p>\n
\tBusiness Administration or Business Management\u00a0
\n\tMarketing or Commercial Management
\n\tEntrepreneurship
\n\tStrategic Management
\n\tCommunications (with strong commercial interest)<\/p>\n
\u00a0Experience:<\/p>\n
\tNot more than 1 year of experience in sales related experience telephonically or Face-to-Face (advantageous but not required)
\n\tUniversity projects, entrepreneurship clubs, case competitions, or student society roles may be considered relevant experience<\/p>\n
