\tEnsure assigned equipment operates safely, efficiently, and reliably in accordance with operating procedures.
\n\tDefine, implement, and maintain process standards (SOPs) to ensure efficient operation, excellent product quality, safety, and environmental performance.
\n\tMonitor adherence to established standards and housekeeping requirements to ensure safe, tidy, and compliant operations.
\n\tConduct process gap analysis and lead corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives.
\n\tAnalyse the process performance using operational data to identify optimization potentials and opportunities.
\n\tProvide technical support and training to the operational teams on processes, SOPs, and other standards.
\n\tCollaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve process and equipment related issues.
\n\tOversee engineering projects from concept to completion, including resource planning, budgeting, and reporting.
\n\tEndure products meet quality standards by implementing and maintaining quality control procedures.<\/p>\n
What makes you great<\/p>\n
\tTechnical qualification with minimum 5 years plastics processing experience, bachelor’s degree in chemical, Mechanical, Industrial, or Process Engineering or a related field; with experience in the field.
\n\tExperienced in plastics or recycling technology and\/or mechanic or electric\/electronic system.
\n\tKnowledge of and experience in processing of Recycling PET and its auxiliary equipment
\n\tExperience in drafting and implementing Standard Operating Procedures
\n\tAble to work in a team environment and train technical personnel.
\n\tEffectively managing time as a resource, gives balanced attention to appropriate long-term and short-term priorities
\n\tMust have flexible work availability.
\n\tAble to prioritize, plan and execute duties with minimal supervision.
\n\tExcellent communication skills in local language and English including training experience.
\n\tExcellent leadership skills to lead, guide and coach the Operating and Technical Team.
\n\tMS Office Intermediate Skills<\/p>\n
