\tOur client in the manufacturing sector is seeking a\u00a0hands-on, technically strong Production Manager\u00a0to oversee a fast-paced operation across five departments:\u00a0Printing, Fabrication, Welding, Vinyl & Cutting, and Offsite Installation.
\n\tThis is not a desk-bound role. We are looking for a visible, floor-based leader who works side by side with another Production Manager, actively driving performance, solving problems in real time, and ensuring smooth coordination across multiple moving parts.<\/p>\n
Key Requirements:<\/p>\n
\t5-10+ years’ production management experience in a manufacturing environment
\n\tStrong preference for\u00a0Signage Industry\u00a0experience
\n\tSteel fabrication or general manufacturing background highly advantageous (packaging experience not suitable)
\n\tProven experience managing \u00b140 staff per shift in a shift-based environment
\n\tExposure to laser cutting, CNC routers, welding equipment, and fabrication processes
\n\tBasic electrical \/ wiring knowledge beneficial<\/p>\n
Key Focus Areas:<\/p>\n
\tOversee full production workflow across multiple departments
\n\tDrive efficiency, quality, cost control, and on-time delivery
\n\tManage shift schedules and overtime requirements
\n\tEnsure strong health & safety compliance
\n\tLead, develop, and motivate production teams<\/p>\n
