KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES<\/p>\n
\tSite Maintenance Attending to all maintenance at the sites
\n\tSetting out schedule for the maintenance team and follow up.
\n\tITO maintenance Attending to tenant requirements ITO maintenance.
\n\tProperty Management Getting quotes getting authorization to repair, maintenance, and new builds.
\n\tNegotiating leases with current and new tenants
\n\tAttending to repairs.
\n\tAssessing viability of any property, management wants to acquire.
\n\tSHERQ Compliance Conduct Risk Assessments for relevant projects
\n\tEnsuring that all Policies and Procedures and adhered to.
\n\t(Integrated Management System \u2013 QMS, EMS, SHERQ and HR)
\n\tReporting incidents and accidents, or complaints timeously.
\n\tEnsuring Maintenance Team is equipped with required PPE.
\n\tAd hocAny other tasks assigned by management.<\/p>\n

\tMonday \u2013 Friday 08:00am \u2013 17:00pm 24 Hours Standby<\/p>\n
Requirements:<\/p>\n
\tBetween 30 & 40 or older if energetic and healthy with a minimum of matric, a certificate\/diploma in property management will be an advantage.
\n\tMust have construction, maintenance, and knowledge of the property industry. (nationally & locally).
\n\tMust have experience in leasing, buying & selling of immovable property
\n\tAn in-depth knowledge of conveyancing and the transfer process.
\n\tMust have a driver\u2019s license with reliable transport.
\n\tComputer literate
\n\tSalary will be negotiable based on experience. Package will include company fuel and group pension fund scheme<\/p>\n
