The successful candidate will be responsible for:<\/p>\n
Within the Provincial Campaign Structure, support the Provincial Director with:<\/p>\n
\testablishing and maintaining campaign structures\u00a0
\n\tplanning and implementing a programme of ongoing voter interaction and persuasion
\n\tmanaging and monitoring the rollout of by-elections
\n\tensuring that the required constituency and ward report back meetings within campaign structures are organised and supported
\n\tensuring clear internal communication
\n\tensuring reliable feedback and reporting on progress from the campaign structures
\n\tensuring interaction and communication between the political structures and the campaign structures
\n\tRecruiting, training and managing staff<\/p>\n

Requirements<\/p>\n
Minimum requirements:<\/p>\n
\tNational Senior Certificate or equivalent
\n\tTertiary qualification (advantageous)
\n\tRelevant staff management experience, including on project basis or completion of the Party\u2019s Management Readiness Programme (applicable to internal candidates)\u00a0
\n\t3 years\u2019 experience in an operations related role
\n\tExperience in project management
\n\tExperience in financial management
\n\tInformation system and technology skills at intermediate level
\n\tComputer literacy, particularly MS Office Suite
\n\tValid driver\u2019s licence with access to a vehicle for daily business related use<\/p>\n
