All the while building and maintaining strong relationships with both our clients and internal agency stakeholders. You will consistently drive excellence and have an excellent eye for detail.<\/p>\n<p>Responsibilities<\/p>\n<p>\tManagement of digital campaigns and internal and external stakeholder communication on a day-to-day basis.<br \/>\n\tManagement of client expectations and service delivery by being a focal point for day-to-day interaction.<br \/>\n\tProject management of digital and performance marketing campaigns<br \/>\n\tEnsure the timely delivery of required assets.<br \/>\n\tOversee the financial components of projects, ensuring that we are delivering within scope and flagging any areas of scope creep.<\/p>\n<p>Your duties will include but are not limited to:<\/p>\n<p>Leadership &amp; Teamwork<\/p>\n<p>\tStrong team player<br \/>\n\tSupport team development and mentorship of junior account staff where required<br \/>\n\tActively look to maintain and build positive working relationships<br \/>\n\tManage up \u2013 ensure your seniors are abreast of all activity on the account and empower them to support you through open lines of communicatio<\/p>\n<p>Client services\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\tDrive client meetings when necessary, managing meeting protocols, agenda, etc.<br \/>\n\tEnsure status is consistently up-to-date and correct<br \/>\n\tEnsure that all meetings have thorough agendas, driving a productive outcome<br \/>\n\tEnsure that contact reports are delivered timeously with key deliverables and then drive out those deliverables to the agreed timings<br \/>\n\tPlan and participate in client review\/approval meetings with team<br \/>\n\tDevelop a consulting \/ advisory capability with client and internal teams wherever possible<br \/>\n\tAlways be consistently responsive and accessible to your client<br \/>\n\tHave tough and honest conversations with your client to enable service delivery excellence and to create trustwith your client<br \/>\n\tManage all kinds of personalities and always strive to get the best out of each individual<br \/>\n\tHave an excellent knowledge understanding of the client, the agency, the strategy and the process to deliver efficiently and to the highest quality<\/p>\n<p>Account Management, Project Management and Planning\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\tWork together with your full team across Creative (studio), Production, Development, etc. to deliver high quality work<br \/>\n\tManage tight deadlines while adhering to processes<br \/>\n\tSeamlessly manage multiple stakeholders under the guidance of your business lead<br \/>\n\tTake full ownership of every job that comes through you \u2013 ensure that every job is measured against client requirements and on-brand<br \/>\n\tWrite briefs with full clarity on all requirements<br \/>\n\tConsider the impact of any given change briefed by client on other elements in a campaign or other jobs in the system \u2013 this might be a timing impact, or it might require more work on other elements \/ jobs<br \/>\n\tCommunicate with excellence, maturity and intent when writing or speaking<br \/>\n\tHave excellent self-management, with thorough to-do lists and personal organization which supports your ability to be efficient and effective in your job<br \/>\n\tHave an opinion and be solution-orientated\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Finance<\/p>\n<p>\tWork with senior to finalise programme and budgets for client<br \/>\n\tAssume accountability for financial aspects of cost management on client programmes<br \/>\n\tAware of financial status of accounts always<br \/>\n\tAccurately review billing arrangements for clients<br \/>\n\tIdentify early account problems and act \/ advise solutions, in conjunction with seniors<br \/>\n\tSupport seniors to ensure smooth integration of new business and smooth running of existing accounts<br \/>\n\tUnderstand what jobs are in scope and out-of-scope to ensure that costs are raised accurately and upfront as required<br \/>\n\tEnsure that your billings are completed by billing cut off each month<br \/>\n\tEnsure that client CEs are approved before any supplier POs are raised<\/p>\n<p>Excellence in Digital Delivery<\/p>\n<p>\tMaintain the integrity of the creative strategy and work throughout the campaign<br \/>\n\tEnsure that the right people have approved all work before it is sent to client<br \/>\n\tUnderstand digital best practice, platforms and specs<br \/>\n\tEnsure that the right people have been included in client meetings to support the outcome of the meeting and that everyone is prepared and aligned<br \/>\n\tKeep abreast of what is happening in the market (broad communication trends and client competitor work) to add additional value to your client\u2019s business<br \/>\n\tBe prepared to work long hours as and when is necessary in order to deliver according to the deadline and to support the broader team<\/p>\n<p>Qualifications<\/p>\n<p>\tMatric\/Equivalent\u00a0<br \/>\n\tDiploma\/Degree qualification would be beneficial<\/p>\n<p>Software and Tools<br \/>\nMust have a working knowledge of the
