\n\tAs a Food & Beverage Supervisor, you will support the Food & Beverage Manager in overseeing daily operations across restaurant, bar, and event services. You will ensure high service standards, maintain operational efficiency, and create a welcoming atmosphere for guests.<\/p>\n
Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n
\tSupervise and coordinate daily food and beverage operations
\n\tLead, train, and motivate front-of-house team members
\n\tEnsure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction
\n\tMonitor staff performance and provide ongoing feedback
\n\tHandle guest queries and resolve complaints professionally
\n\tMaintain hygiene, health & safety, and food safety standards
\n\tAssist with stock control, ordering, and inventory management
\n\tSupport scheduling and rota planning<\/p>\n
Minimum Qualifications and Experience:<\/p>\n
\tMust have experience in Food & Beverage services
\n\tMust be able to lead a team
\n\tHigh level of communication skills \u2013 both written and verbal
\n\tMust be computer literate
\n\tFriendly, approachable with some form of client experience
\n\tAbility to handle complaints in a courteous manner<\/p>\n
