Description<\/p>\n
\tDeliver the end-to-end HR service and administration for the centre.
\n\tResponsible for creating, updating and maintaining manual and electronic personnel records and filing accordingly in acted POPIA and PAlA legislation.
\n\tAdminister and provide the following documentation per company and legislative standards:
\n\tExternal claim documentation and processes, including Injury on Duty (IOD), Death and Disability ICAS referrals.
\n\tInternal documentation, including but not limited to:
\n\tSigned job profiles and PPAs
\n\tEngagement forms
\n\tTermination forms
\n\tProvident Fund
\n\tSafarian Alexander Forbes Nomination forms
\n\tSpouse insurance
\n\tIncrease letters
\n\tBonus provision
\n\tAcknowledgement of Debts
\n\tLeave forms and supporting docs
\n\tAdhere to HR procedures and processes within the centre.
\n\tPsychosocial issues (depression, anxiety, etc.) Culture and Climate
\n\tDrive the change process and take responsibility and accountability within the center Manager.
\n\tDrive organizational cultural activities in line with the business strategy and value
\n\tDrive culture\/climate survey completion. Change and Culture Ambassador
\n\tLead from the front as an ambassador and executor of change initiatives
\n\tMotivate, direct and influence employee behavior to achieve business goals during production
\n\tDrive the SBV values while inspiring confidence and generating excitement, enthuse
\n\tDrive a clear and consistent message\/narrative on a case for change to the initiate changes as the business.
\n\tInitiate and lead a culture of performance driven output through shared purpose, vision.
\n\tAct as a change management architect in periods of change to ensure continuity to operations
\n\tManage the integration of CIT and Processing into a seamless end to end solution for customers
\n\tEffectively communicate and embed new processes and procedures as they occur addressing or escalating matters \/concerns to the SME\u2019s (subject matter experts) when required
\n\tFacilitate the necessary presentations, workshops or forums in order to ensure consistent and accurate communication is given across one\u2019s centre\/s<\/p>\n
Requirements<\/p>\n
\tStudying towards a Human Resources Degree\/Diploma
\n\tGrade 12 or HR Diploma<\/p>\n
