\tThe ideal team player will be responsible to oversee sample taking process and ensure the grading of grain in accordance with statutory requirements.<\/p>\n
Requirements<\/p>\n
\tGrade 12\/ NQF 4
\n\tGrain grading certificate will serve as recommendation\u00a0
\n\t1-3 years experience in grain grading
\n\tComputer literate in Microsoft Office
\n\tKnowledge of Business Central will be advantageous
\n\tConstantly adding value to the current functions of the position
\n\tClear Criminal Record<\/p>\n
Duties and Responsibilities<\/p>\n
\tExecute grading of grain products according to regulations and standards;
\n\tGrading of grain as well as weekly grain stock confirmation
\n\tEnsure equipment is of a functional standard, maintained and calibrated where applicable;
\n\tReport any quality discrepancies directly to the senior;
\n\tProvide general support to the department such as accurate tracking of stock control cards
\n\tAssist with the administrative functions related to security, health and safety aspects
\n\tManage client services by ensuring processes are in place to prevent escalation of client complaint
\n\tAccurate completion of daily, weekly and monthly administrative documentation
\n\tDaily grading of incoming and outgoing Raw Materials\u00a0
\n\tDaily administration on VKB’s internal grain system
\n\tAdministration of leave and employee overtime on PRP
\n\tUpkeep of the HACCP File system for the effective implementation of Food Safety principles
\n\tUpkeep of Safety Management System to adhere to applicable legislation<\/p>\n
