\tDesign and hedging of complex derivatives and financial instruments by keeping abreast of developments in financial markets, financial mathematics, accounting standards, legislation and statutory requirements
\n\tThis role will ensure that the structures designed balance out client needs, profitability and prudent risk management<\/p>\n
Are You Someone Who Can<\/p>\n
\tControl expenditure and identify process improvements to contain and reduce costs.
\n\tTechnical proficiency in pricing, booking and hedging of financial instruments.
\n\tAbility to match client and bank requirements in a profitable manner.
\n\tDevelop, encourage and nurture collaborative relationships across area of specialization.
\n\tParticipate in planned activities that are appropriate for own development.
\n\tEnsure development and continuous value add improvement to operational processes.
\n\tManages risks in own area of responsibility.
\n\tCompile reports that track progress and guide business to make informed decisions.
\n\tBuild working relationships across teams and functional lines to enhance work delivery, collaboration and innovation.
\n\tCreates solutions to meet customer demands to deliver internal and external customer service excellence through adherence to quality service standards.
\n\tIdentify and utilize opportunities for revenue growth to deliver on sales targets.<\/p>\n
You Will Be An Ideal Candidate If You Have:<\/p>\n
\tRelevant Degree in Financial Mathematics, Statistics, or similar
\n\t8 years plus experience in Derivatives and Financial Markets
\n\tBanking \/ Global Markets experience<\/p>\n
