Job Description<\/p>\n
\tWe’re looking for a detail-oriented and organized Periodic Reviews Officer to join our team in Johannesburg, South Africa. In this role, you will be responsible for administering and coordinating periodic review processes across the organization.
\n\tThe ideal candidate will ensure that all reviews are conducted in a timely, professional manner while maintaining comprehensive documentation and compliance with established policies and procedures.<\/p>\n
You will play a key role in supporting management through efficient periodic review and data analysis thereof.<\/p>\n
\tAccess the relevant systems for the list of periodic reviews
\n\tAssess files and request additional documentation and information where required to complete the KYC due diligence according to the internal Compliance Frameworks, and other relevant regulatory standards.
\n\tCapture and update information on our systems and check changes and updates to ensure compliance and minimize risk exposure.
\n\tReview other analysts work as required. Ensure accurate capturing of stats.
\n\tCommunicate with internal and external customers to attend to KYC queries, telephone calls, obtain outstanding documents and resolve any other KYC queries to ensure all customer queries are resolved within SLA. Monitor and follow up on outstanding queries.<\/p>\n
Qualifications<\/p>\n
\tMatric, Diploma\/Degree
\n\t1-5 years general banking experience and Know Your Customer
\n\tStrong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
\n\tProficiency in documentation and record management systems
\n\tAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word
\n\tExcellent written and verbal communication skills
\n\tStrong analytical and data interpretation abilities
\n\tMeticulous attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
\n\tAbility to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally)
\n\tKnowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements related to periodic reviews (preferred)<\/p>\n
