\n\tWe\u2019re looking for a\u00a0detail-driven, systems-focused Warehouse Clerk\u00a0who thrives in a fast-paced distribution environment and takes pride in precision, organisation, and operational excellence.

What You\u2019ll Be Responsible For;<\/p>\n
\u00a0Inventory & Stock Management<\/p>\n
\tEnsure strict adherence to Stock Take SOPs and investigate all variances weekly
\n\tManage FIFO systems and maintain accurate PAR levels
\n\tInvestigate and resolve non-accounted stock
\n\tEnsure only current, approved items are available on the portal
\n\tOversee dedicated bays for damaged, discontinued, or discarded stock<\/p>\n
\u00a0Receiving, Shipping & Quality Control<\/p>\n
\tVerify goods received at correct pricing and raise claims immediately
\n\tInvestigate and resolve Delivery Overs, Shorts & Damages timeously
\n\tEnsure temperature-sensitive products are managed correctly from receiving to transportation
\n\tMaintain close collaboration with Procurement and Logistics teams<\/p>\n
\u00a0Warehouse Organisation & Compliance<\/p>\n
\tEnsure pallet bays are clearly labelled and organised
\n\tMaintain strict access control procedures
\n\tEnforce PPE and uniform compliance at all times
\n\tEnsure cleaning checklists and closing checklists are completed daily
\n\tAddress and close all QIRs effectively to prevent recurrence<\/p>\n
\u00a0Reporting & Systems<\/p>\n
\tCompile and distribute daily Warehouse Reports
\n\tIdentify operational gaps and implement preventative systems
\n\tUse Sage and MS Office to maintain accurate records
\n\tWork closely with procurement to ensure sufficient and efficient stock levels<\/p>\n
\u00a0Team & Operational Excellence<\/p>\n
\tEnsure team training on all Warehouse SOPs
\n\tDrive safety compliance and operational efficiency
\n\tSupport ad hoc operational duties when required<\/p>\n
Requirements<\/p>\n
\tDiploma or Degree in Warehousing, Supply Chain, or related field
\n\tMinimum 2 years\u2019 experience using Inventory & FIFO systems
\n\tPrior warehousing experience essential
\n\tProficiency in Sage and MS Office Suite
\n\tStrong analytical and problem-solving skills
\n\tHigh attention to detail and strong accountability
\n\tAbility to work in a high-performance, fast-paced environment<\/p>\n
