Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
\tDevelop and implement strategies to expand Senwes\u2019 grain market share and strengthen competitive positioning.
\n\tEstablish and oversee operational control frameworks across grain intake, storage, handling, and dispatch.
\n\tOversee stock level monitoring, movement tracking, and ensure data integrity across all sites.
\n\tAnalyse quality metrics to identify trends, risks, and required interventions.
\n\tDrive operational optimisation and continuous improvement across grain operations.
\n\tAct as a strategic link between Operations, Finance, Quality, and Commercial functions.
\n\tEstablish and maintain robust risk and compliance frameworks across grain operations, quality, stock management, and financial controls.<\/p>\n
Requirements<\/p>\n
\tRelevant degree in Business Mathematics, IT or any other relevant degree related to data analytics and formulation of models.
\n\tAt least 5 years relevant industry experience.
\n\tStrong data analysis capability with the ability to generate actionable insights.
\n\tProven experience in financial analysis and financial modelling.<\/p>\n
