The primary purpose of this role is to enhance sales force effectiveness by developing, implementing, and ensuring compliance with sales processes and tools. This includes selecting, managing, and training on sales-related systems (e.g., CRM, ETMS), analyzing sales process reports to identify areas for improvement, and supporting sales teams with sales reporting and account\/territory planning. The role also involves negotiating and maintaining contracts with vendors and business partners, as well as designing and implementing sales incentive schemes to drive performance.<\/p>\n<p>Responsibilities:<br \/>\nLead And Manage Sales Operations teammates and systems delivery<\/p>\n<p>\tWork is focused on developing, implementing, and monitoring compliance with sales processes and tools to improve sales force effectiveness including:<br \/>\n\tSelecting, managing and training on sales related systems and databases (e.g., CRM: customer relationship management systems, ETMS: electronic territory management systems, etc.)<br \/>\n\tAnalyzing sales process reports (e.g., sales activities, sales results vs. PY and forecast, opportunity pipeline, average time to close, characteristics of wins vs. losses, etc.) to identify areas for sales process improvement<br \/>\n\tAssisting sales teams with sales reporting which gather data from different sources (Sales, Supply Chain and Demand Planning)<br \/>\n\tAssisting sales teams with individual account and sales territory planning<br \/>\n\tResponsible for the scope of strategic planning by defining the organization\u2019s long\u2011term direction by outlining priorities, required resources, key initiatives, and the boundaries of what is \u2014 and is not \u2014 included in achieving its strategic goals.\u201d<br \/>\n\tNegotiating, implementing and maintaining contract with new and existing vendors and business partners<br \/>\n\tDesigning and implementing sales incentive schemes<br \/>\n\tManaging external Sales Reporting to BSJ and EMEA<\/p>\n<p>Lead and Manage Pricing teammates and systems delivery<\/p>\n<p>\tManage the implementation of price adjustments based on cost changes<br \/>\n\tManage TPL negotiations in line with market prices<br \/>\n\tBuild systems that informs and guides the business in the price competitiveness of our product in respective markets<br \/>\n\tManage all pricing and cost analysis and produce insights for both senior management and guide the sales teams accordingly<\/p>\n<p>Qualifications &amp; Experience Required<\/p>\n<p>Education, Master, other certification:<\/p>\n<p>\tBachelor\u2019s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.<br \/>\n\tMaster\u2019s degree in Business Administration (MBA) or similar qualifications is a plus.<br \/>\n\tRelevant certifications in Sales Management, CRM software (e.g., Salesforce), or Territory Management tools are preferred.<\/p>\n<p>Experience (years):<\/p>\n<p>\tMinimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales operations, sales force effectiveness, or a related role.<br \/>\n\tProven experience in using CRM systems, ETM, and sales performance reporting.<br \/>\n\tExperience in sales planning, reporting, and analysis.<br \/>\n\tExperience in negotiating contracts and managing vendor relationships is an advantage.<\/p>\n<p>Technical Skills:<\/p>\n<p>\tStrong proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and ETM systems.<br \/>\n\tProficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (for data analysis and reporting).<br \/>\n\tExperience with sales analytics and reporting tools.<br \/>\n\tFamiliarity with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems is a plus.<\/p>\n<p>Languages Skills:<\/p>\n<p>\tFluency in English (both written and spoken) is required.<\/p>\n<p>Soft\/Behavioral Skills:<\/p>\n<p>\tStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.<br \/>\n\tExcellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with cross-functional teams and clients.<br \/>\n\tAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.<br \/>\n\tStrong attention to detail and the ability to work with complex data.<br \/>\n\tLeadership skills and the ability to train and mentor sales teams.<br \/>\n\tNegotiation skills with a focus on building long-term partnerships.<\/p>\n<p>Apply via company website ( https:\/\/www.bridgestone.co.za ) or<\/p>\n<p>e-emea.com<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":2,"featured_media":0,"template":"","meta":{"_promoted":"","_job_location":"","_application":"http:\/\/e-emea.com","_company_name":"Bridgestone South Africa (Pty) Ltd","_company_website":"https:\/\/www.bridgestone.co.za","_company_tagline":"Bridgestone South Africa.
