\nTiling<\/p>\n
\tLaying and cutting Ceramic tiling, doing measurement and levelling, ensuring precision and customer satisfaction<\/p>\n
Building erecting<\/p>\n
\tErecting of dry walling, installation of doors and windows to ensure safe working environment<\/p>\n
Purchase and collect stock from suppliers<\/p>\n
\tPurchase and collect stock from suppliers ensuring adequate stock available when needed<\/p>\n
General housekeeping<\/p>\n
\tOverseeing general housekeeping and neatness on site where work is performed, ensuring health and safety adherence and also customer satisfaction<\/p>\n
Filing of job cards and report back<\/p>\n
\tFiling of job cards ensuring both work gets done and staff gets remunerated in accordance.
\n\tReports back to Maintenance co-ordinator, if further tools or material are needed to ensure adequate completion of task<\/p>\n
Electrical and air conditioning<\/p>\n
\tFit light bulbs, and plugs, and perform minor electrical requirement, ensuring basic and safe power supply to building and equipment Minor repairs and servicing of air conditioner, fridges, generator, UPS\u2019s<\/p>\n
Plumbing<\/p>\n
\tRepair and replace water taps, flush master, toilet seats, water valves, and other plumbing installation to ensure basic and safe use of water<\/p>\n
Building and Carpentry<\/p>\n
\tBrick laying, plastering, paving, painting, welding, fitting of windows
\n\tCarpentry \u2013 repair, fitting and storing furniture. Fitting ceilings, door locks, door closers, shelves blinds, shelves, and skirting\u2019s. Paint and hanging pictures ensuring adequate ergonomics in the work environment<\/p>\n
Repair furniture<\/p>\n
\tInstallations
\n\tInstall locks safes and post boxes at external supporters premises as requested by PRO\u2019s<\/p>\n
