Heineken Beverages offers exciting opportunities to suitable candidates for potential placement in our\u00a0SHE department.\u00a0This position will be based\u00a0at the Wadeville Production\u00a0and will report to the\u00a0SHE Manager.
\n\tPurpose of the Position:The intention is to give practical work experience to students in their last year of study and require exposure in a work environment or have a prerequisite to have practical work experience before qualification. Successful interns will be expected to enter a 12-month contract commencing 01 April 2026 and terminating 31 March 2027.<\/p>\n

\n\tAbility to work independently and interact with people on all levels.
\n\tAbility to plan, control, facilitate, coordinate and lead.
\n\tAbility to work in a team.
\n\tSound knowledge of risk management principles and fundamentals
\n\tSound knowledge of the OSHACT and all other Safety and Security Legislation
\n\tKnowledge of HEINEKEN Beverages Risk control standards
\n\tAbility to conceptualize future actions or needs to formulate plans for a function or discipline.
\n\tAbility to analyse data and situations and recommend appropriate solutions.
\n\tStrong investigative skills.
\n\tAbility to communicate on all levels.
\n\tAbility to train people on all levels.<\/p>\n
Minimum Requirements:<\/p>\n
To qualify for selection and participation in this program, candidates must satisfy the following criteria: –<\/p>\n
\tStudying Degree \/ Diploma in Safety Management
\n\tComputer literacy \u2013 Word, Excel, PowerPoint
\n\tSound communication and presentation skills.
\n\tEffective time management.
\n\tAbility to multi-task and perform under pressure. Ability to work in a team.
\n\tSouth African citizen.
\n\tSuccessful interns will be expected to enter a 12-month contract.<\/p>\n
