Internship Job Profile\u00a0<\/p>\n
Interns will be exposed to the following functions, amongst the others:\u00a0<\/p>\n
\tPerforming all functionary tasks for the unit at entry level.\u00a0
\n\tHandle correspondence and enquiries relating to and\u00a0maintain\u00a0the units\u2019 records and files.\u00a0
\n\tProviding administrative support to the co-ordination of the units budgeting processes.\u00a0
\n\tAssist\u00a0with information gathering for the preparation\u00a0for\u00a0audits.\u00a0
\n\tAssist\u00a0in data collating and preparation of monthly and quarterly reports for units.\u00a0
\n\tPerforming all functions as delegated by the units\u2019 supervisors and managers.\u00a0
\n\tPrepare meeting agendas and take minutes.\u00a0
\n\tAssists prepare at least 1 presentation per quarter, or as may be\u00a0required\u00a0from time to time.\u00a0
\n\tfor less than a quarter timeline.\u00a0
\n\tRotational planning should be structured in a manner that allows sufficient time for the intern to be exposed to different tasks of divisions within a specific department.\u00a0The interns\u2019 progress to be formally reviewed at least at the end of each and every quarter.\u00a0<\/p>\n
Entry Requirements:\u00a0<\/p>\n
\tBe a South African of less than 35 years of age, with a valid South African ID.\u00a0
\n\tRelevant post matric qualification obtained from a\u00a0recognised\u00a0institution of higher learning.\u00a0
\n\tApplicants must not have\u00a0participated\u00a0in any\u00a0previous\u00a0SETA sponsored internship programme.\u00a0
\n\tApplicants must not have been previously\u00a0employed.\u00a0
\n\tApplicant to\u00a0submit\u00a0detailed Curriculum Vitae (CV) and a motivation letter to be considered for interviews.\u00a0
\n\tCertified copies of the Identity Document (ID) and certified copies of academic qualifications.\u00a0<\/p>\n
