Relationship Management<\/p>\n
\tTo direct, plan and implement a Vet and Pet Service Provider Network strategy to contribute towards the achievement of the company\u2019s sales objectives (including blister packs)
\n\tProspecting for new clients
\n\tCultivate long-term customer relationships in order to promote and reinforce the client\u2019s value proposition
\n\tObtain complete knowledge of competitor products and markets
\n\tTechnical knowledge of industry and best practices
\n\tAttend brand and marketing events as the Brand Ambassador for the Company as and when required;
\n\tAssist with the Stock control and running of the Onepet Store<\/p>\n
New Business Development<\/p>\n
\tPromote and detail products and services to Vet Network and related stakeholders (includes end-users, veterinarians and veterinary clinics, co-ops, distributors and wholesalers);
\n\tIdentify opportunities for growth within the Vet and Pet Service Provider Network;
\n\tPromote the Referral program with vets and practice owners.
\n\tReferral Card Stock and Distribution
\n\tManage active participation list and ensure the Onecard has been correctly allocated.
\n\tCreate a WhatsApp group for each vet practice to encourage participation in the Referral program.
\n\tDistribute and maintain A5 QR Code Counter scanners at each referrer and monthly testing of links to ensure they are working.
\n\tConduct daily check-in with sales team on how your vet leads are performing. If leads are not converting, provide feedback to vets \/ reception of the relevant practice.<\/p>\n
Administration and Reporting<\/p>\n
\tMaintain up-to-date record keeping and administration Be available and willing to assist with any additional tasks and projects, as required by the department.
\n\tWeekly reporting to management
\n\tProvide insight into the service and sales aspects to position our brand in a uniformed manner throughout the business;\u00a0\u00a0
\n\tConsolidation of sales and leads from the unique referral URL links to be completed weekly, on Thursdays, prior to payment to participants.
\n\tEnsure referrer conversion list is sent timeously for payment.
\n\tCollection and daily reminders of Referrals either via Whatsapp or a physical referral card.
\n\tKeep track of your referrals to submit to your manager, to verify prior to payment of any commission due.<\/p>\n

Minimum Academic, Professional Qualifications & Experience required for this position<\/p>\n
\tGrade 12;
\n\tAbility to Speak English and Afrikaans – essential
\n\tMinimum 4 years\u2019 experience in sales\/relationship management environment
\n\tExperience in Pet \/ Health Insurance environment advantageous
\n\tMeet FAIS fit and Proper requirements
\n\tOwn vehicle essential<\/p>\n
