Show Production, Coordination and Commercial Digital Content:\u00a0<\/p>\n
\tOverseeing the end-to-end production of monthly digital shows and commercial digital content from pre-production through to final delivery.
\n\tCoordinating studios, equipment, crew, and technical requirements for both editorial and commercial digital shoots.
\n\tManaging production schedules to ensure all digital and commercial content is delivered in line with agreed timelines.
\n\tPreparing and managing call sheets, briefing documents, and production rundowns for digital shows and commercial shoots.
\n\tEnsuring quality control across audio, video, and digital formats in alignment with brand and client standards.<\/p>\n
Guest Booking and Talent Management:\u00a0<\/p>\n
\tIdentifying and securing relevant and engaging guests aligned with show themes.
\n\tBuilding and maintaining relationships with artists, influencers, thought leaders, and industry professionals.
\n\tCoordinating guest logistics including scheduling, briefings, contracts, and releases.
\n\tEnsuring guests are prepared and aligned with show objectives prior to recording.<\/p>\n
Content Strategy and Collaboration:\u00a0<\/p>\n
\tCollaborating with hosts and the digital team to shape show direction and segment development.
\n\tContributing to creative brainstorming sessions.
\n\tEnsuring content aligns with Y\u2019s brand voice and audience positioning.
\n\tSupporting rollout strategies in collaboration with the digital team.<\/p>\n
Administration and Reporting:<\/p>\n
\tManaging production budgets where applicable.
\n\tTracking deliverables to ensure content is delivered on schedule.
\n\tProviding post-production feedback and performance insights.<\/p>\n
Other Digital Assets (Ad Hoc Support)<\/p>\n
\tAssisting in shooting and editing short digital reels and original content.
\n\tSupporting the digital team with original content production.
\n\tContributing ideas toward the monthly digital content plan.<\/p>\n
Requirements<\/p>\n
Qualifications:\u00a0<\/p>\n
\tBachelors Degree –\u00a0Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Media Studies or Film\/Digital Media – Essential\u00a0<\/p>\n
Experience:<\/p>\n
\tContent Production\/ Media\/ Radio\/, Podcasting\/ Digital Production – Operational – 3 years – Essential<\/p>\n
